Rooted in the wisdom of the five elements (space, air, fire, water, and earth), Ayurveda offers simple, personalized tools to support digestion, energy, sleep, and vitality.

Inspired by the wisdom of the Five Koshas (physical, energetic, mental, intuitive, and blissful layers), therapeutic yoga offers personalized practices to ease tension, improve mobility, regulate the nervous system, and support emotional well-being.

Sound Therapy is a gentle, meditative practice that uses the healing vibrations of sound to calm the mind, relax the body, and restore inner harmony.

At The Health Studio, this begins with immersive sound baths, featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. 

​

While sound baths are at the heart of this experience, Sound Therapy may also include tuning forks, vocal toning, or rhythmic techniques, each offering its own way to foster emotional balance and renewal.

More than relaxation, Sound Therapy is an invitation to soften, release, and return to your natural rhythm, nurturing calm, clarity, and lasting well-being.
