About
Christine
Welcome.

I am an Advanced Teacher in Therapeutic and Ayurvedic Yoga, a certified Sound Therapy Practitioner, an iRest Yoga Nidra Level 1 Teacher, and an Insight Timer Teacher. I created The Health Studio as a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with your well being.

Through years of working with people across a wide range of wellness goals and health concerns, I have seen that nervous system regulation is the foundation of lasting well being. When the body feels supported, stress can ease and balance becomes possible.

My work weaves together the wisdom of Yoga, Ayurveda, Sound Therapy, and iRest Yoga Nidra to support grounding, ease, and resilience in daily life.

Through breathwork, therapeutic movement, sound baths, rest practices, and simple self care rituals, I share nurturing ways to restore harmony in body, mind, and everyday living.

If this feels like what you have been longing for, it would be my honour to walk alongside you.

With kindness,
Christine

Our Values
The Health Studio is committed to creating a Brave Space.
At The Health Studio, we’re committed to creating a space where every individual feels truly supported and seen. We recognize the importance of honouring each person’s humanness, while also holding space for accountability and shared responsibility within our community.

To nurture this kind of environment, we follow the 6 Pillars of Brave Space, a powerful framework developed by Victoria D. Stubbs, LICSW, LCSW-C. These guiding principles encourage openness, trust, and personal growth, fostering deeper connection and respectful dialogue.
The 6 pillars of Brave Space
Vulnerability:
We share our experiences at our own pace and honor the personal boundaries that help us feel safe and supported.
Perspective Taking:
We listen with openness and curiosity, seeking to understand others’ experiences and points of view.
Examining Intentions:
We pause to notice the intentions behind our thoughts and choices.
Mindfulness:
We pause with intention, creating space to respond thoughtfully and to support all other practices.
Lean into Fear:
We gently explore discomfort, knowing that personal growth often begins at the edge of what feels familiar.
Critical Thinking:
We stay open-hearted and open-minded, recognizing that there is always more to learn and understand.
