Full Moon Yoga & Sound Bath - August 28

Service Description

There is something magical about the full moon. This summer, join us on the grounds of Billings Estate for four luminous evenings of yoga and crystal singing bowls, closing just before sunset. Note: As this is an outdoor event, it is weather permitting. If a session is cancelled due to weather, you will receive a $10 credit for each cancelled event, to be used toward any class, event, or program at The Health Studio. In Ayurvedic wisdom, the full moon heightens awareness and emotion. Let’s gather to meet that beautiful energy with movement, open sky, and meditative sounds, creating space for clarity, connection, and new possibility.
