Have you been telling yourself you want a morning routine… but do not know where to begin? This summer at the Billings Estate, start your day outside, under open sky with Christine, Founder of The Health Studio. Early morning walks help reset your internal clock and support better sleep. Journaling steadies emotion and clears the mind. Gentle yoga wakes the body with ease. Sound invites clarity and calm focus. Join our Mindful Mornings every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:30am to 8:20am. Come for one practice or stay for the full morning experience. Note: As this is an outdoor offering, sessions are weather permitting. If we need to cancel due to weather, our gathering will move online via Zoom. A link will be sent to the email you shared at registration.
