Service Description
Yoga for Better Sleep is a five week personalized journey designed to help you fall asleep more easily, stay asleep longer, and wake feeling truly rested. Grounded in modern sleep science and the wisdom of therapeutic yoga, Ayurveda, and sound therapy, this experience is shaped around your unique sleep patterns and daily life. Before we begin, we meet for a Free Welcome Zoom Call to clarify your goals and create a schedule that fits. Each week includes a 30 minute Zoom conversation, a 60 minute in person therapeutic yoga session, and a beautifully designed guide tailored to you. Together, we create a steady evening rhythm and simple practices you can return to again and again, so rest feels natural and deeply renewing.
