Service Description
Yoga for Whole-Body Health is a five week personalized journey designed to help you feel better, more balanced, and more at ease in your body and mind. Grounded in therapeutic yoga, Ayurvedic wisdom, and gentle nervous system support, this experience is shaped around your unique needs, lifestyle, and goals for well-being. Before we begin, we meet for a Welcome Zoom Call to clarify what you would like to support in your health and create an approach that fits your life. Each week includes a 30 minute Zoom conversation, a 30 minute Zoom therapeutic yoga session, and a beautifully crafted guide to help you integrate the practices into your everyday life. Together, we cultivate simple, supportive practices and rhythms that care for your whole system so you can move through your days with greater comfort, steadiness, and vitality.
